New Square Chambers Legal update

New Square Chambers has published its latest legal update, in which an article by me has been included.  It is entitled "Don't mention the tax" and concerns that part of the Court of Appeal decision in Pitt v Holt that relates to the equitable jurisdiction to set aside a voluntary transaction for mistake.

There are also articles by Charles Holbech, on trusts and divorce, and Thomas Fletcher, on the proprietary rights of beneficiaries of fiduciary duties.

The journal can be found here.
